Frequently asked questions
A team channel is the place in Cureo where a specific set of team members work together over time on a specific project, initiative, etc. For example, you might have separate channels for your board, finance committee, development department, website project, tasks team, etc. In each channel you can track, share, publish and manage files, folders, tasks, meetings, dialogues (emails), news, reports, updates, and contacts.
Team leaders can administer all aspects of a team channel including inviting people, deleting people, creating newsletters, and managing all channel content. A system admin can administer and view all aspects of the system -- all channels. Only a system admin can create new team channels, delete team channels, and create team leaders.
Any outbound email from your organization's Cureo account will count towards your email limit. This includes content notifications, newsletters, and communications originating from Cureo. Administrative emails such as forgotten password recovery and system notifications do not count towards your email limit.
A user is anyone who does not need any administrative rights. This might include board or committee members, volunteers, community partners, mailing list subscribers or even members of your staff.
For annual prepay subscriptions, we are happy to invoice your organization. Cureo’s standard payment terms are Net 30 days.
Absolutely. We accept credit cards for both prepay annual and monthly subscriptions. Credit card subscriptions will auto-renew until your organization cancels.
We strive to provide flexibility to accommodate each organization’s unique needs. While annual prepay subscriptions are the most cost effective, monthly subscription pricing is available with automatic monthly credit card payment.
No problem. Cureo understands that needs change as your organization changes. If you need to make changes to your plan, just let us know. We’ll make the change right away and prorate the new rate to cover the remaining term of your subscription.
